A simple code of a student information system. using a class, the menu it would be like this [a]addrecord,[b]displayrecord,and [e]exit; enter a student #: name:,gender:,address:,age:,school:,course:,year: subjects:, and the units:, in all the units that have the subjects, it will add... hopefully you understand...!!! tnx.. Accessing Computer Setup
The information and settings in Computer Setup are accessed
from the File, Security, Tools, and Advanced menus.
1. Open Computer Setup by turning on or restarting the

I'm not sure what you mean exactly...

Do you want to sort an existing excel worksheet?
Or do you want to change a cell value depending on the class of students.
You can use if for the latter.
Otherwise just use sorting in excel.

Please explain what you want to do exactly...
