Question about T-Mobile Concord
Change password on t mobile concord it is locked
If you had forgotten the password to open the phone, then you need to hard reset. The only catch is that you will loos all your data and information already stored in your phone.
With the phone, take the battery out, place it back again, now, at the same time, press and hold the power and the volume down keys for some 30 seconds, when you see the Android with an exclamation mark is when let both of the keys go. Notice that when pressing the keys, an Android logo will appear first, then after that the Android with the exclamation mark will show up. Now tap the home key.
OK, this is the recovery page, there are four (4) lines, scroll down to Wipe/Factory Data, to select it tap the menu key, now scroll to Yes and highlight it, tap the menu key to select. Go back and do the same for Wipe Cache.
Now go back to the main recovery page, scroll up to Reboot and tap the menu. Your phone should reboot and start up without any password. Good luck and a pleasure helping you.
