Lol I used my standard AV cables for the component, and I used an adapter to plug the audio into my speaker ...
The most common problem here is that the access point is using some encryption like WEP etc. and the player is not configured for the secure link. So it will see the AP, but can't connect to it.
You either need to setup the WEP keys on the player in the settings, or remove the security on the access point (Not recommended) Also check the preamble, the key type, open / shared etc.
DOES YOUR TV HAVE AUX RCA INPUTS OR JUST A STANDARD ANTENNA CONNECTION. CAN U ACCESS CHANNEL 3 OR 4 ON THE TV..HOW DO U ACCESS UR VIDEO INPUTS.
