Question about Stanley Bostitch SB1850BN 18Gauge Brad Nailer
Internal air leak when you plug it in & won't pressure up enough to shoot nail
It probably needs servicing. Strip gun & clean it may have water inside from compressor and/or may have too much oil inside (may have no oil at all and be seizing up). Clean & check O rings. ( I replace O rings during a service). When rebuilding apply a little Teflon grease to the O rings and smear a little inside the sleeve, do not add oil at this time. Connect to airline and check for correct operation. If all OK add a couple of drops of oil down air intake before starting work as normal.
