Give me blood sugar levels

They vary throughout the day. For someone without diabetes, a fasting blood sugar on awakening should be under 100 mg/dl. Before-meal normal sugars are 70-99 mg/dl. "Postprandial" sugars taken two hours after meals should be less than 140 mg/dl. What Is Normal Blood Sugar Level Diabetes Self Management

What is the sugar is good for type 2 diabities and ready level.

Well, no sugar is really GOOD for diabetes. With sweeteners the general wisdom seems to be that Stevia sweetener is the safest.

However you see, with Diabetes 2 it isn't the suger only you have to watch it is your carbohydrate intake, since carbs are converted in your body to glucose, at different rates.

Many foods are quite high in carbs and these need to be minimised if you have D2. They will have a high Glycemic Index (GI) rating, so you look for low GI index foods.

Some foods haven't been rated when you buy them, so check out the sugar content and the carb content on the Net. You will find wide variations in say, breads.

You may want to get a blood glucose test kit (fingerprick) to see how you are going. The doctor will want you to have a HbA1c blood test which is a sort of 3-month average reading.

The other best thing you can do is lose a lot of weight if you aren't already thin, and exercise, say 30 min 4 times a week.

I'd urge you to avoid quack remedies and naturopathy etc. Diabetes is incurable, progressive and can have awful consequences if not well managed.

Am I a doctor? No, I have diabetes 2 myself, and I am giving you all the info I got. Good luck.

Is it true that GlucoHealth can reverse Diabetes?

This sounds like a false claim and would seek a caring doctors advice and not that of a marketing department

What are the dangers of using Splenda

Artificial sweeteners have been scientifically linked to cancer, after long time use. Better to go to the natural food store and see what they have to remedy the problem, if you don't want to use refined sugars. OR, use unrefined sugar, or maple syrup, or any natural sugar that is crude and unrefined. Maybe you have diabetes though, in which case, all sugars are dangerous for you, so again check with the natural food store.

There is a website entitled Diabetic Protocol. Does the protocol work?

Being diabetic and seeing some of the testimonials for it, I would say it is a scam. I control my blood sugar with exercise and watching what I eat mostly and my blood sugar is far lower than the testimonials were.

Is Splenda bad for you and cause you to gain weight and bad for your liver

I will answer this question guardedly, but this WEBSITE is not intended for questions such as yours.

SPLENDA is an artificial sweetener, that may or may not cause bodily harm, even though the FDA probably approved it for use. A number of drugs or food additives approved by the FDA have LATER, after some time in general use, been found to cause human harm. You cannot rely on just the manufacturers or the FDA's statements regarding the product. Investigate yourself online intensely, THEN, make your own determination and decision regarding its use. NATURAL FOOD stores have substitute sweeteners that do no damage to humans, and are completely non-sugar based, if that's your main concern.
