Question about Televison & Video
Initially the menu appeared so I could search and set favourite channels but cannot get the menu or any on screen info to appear. I cannot change the channels I want to watch.
Make sure the batteries are fresh in the remote control ( I am assuming you are using a remote control to access the on screen display) If you have a universal remote and replaced the batteries you most likely will have to enter the code for the specific TV that you have.
