Question about Konica Minolta DiALTA Di200 Copier
Requires a maintenance code. Can u help, please?
C0500 refers to a low fuser temperature. You can attempt to clear the code by using the tech rep service mode.
Go to "Counter"
Go to "Trouble"
If "warm Restart Swich" is asked for- This can be actuated through a small access hole on the right side of the control panel, using a straightened paper clip or something similar.
You may need to clear the counter by pressing "clear" and then "end".
After clearing the code, power cycle the copier. If it comes to "ready" you are all set. If not, you may have a blown heat lamp or thermal fuse which would need to be replaced by a technician. Good Luck!!"

For the NEC press ACCESS and enter four "*" in the Account area. Press Utility and go to User Management. When you go into the maintenance mode a "SERVICE MODE" Button will be there now. Hope this helps.
