U2-23 My copier has started showing the cod of Us-23 this morning. Is there a way I can fix it?

Switch off
Open Toner Cover
Switch on, holding "System Menu"
Go to "Secure Setting"
"Enter"
Hold "Start" "#" "Enter"
Scoll down to "Maintenance Mode"
"Enter"
Scoll down to "U163"
Scoll do "Execute"
"Enter"
Close Toner Cover
Leave run for a few seconds
Switch off
Switch on....

replace the fuser will fix that. Or if you want to stip it down check the lamps and if their ok change the thermistor and thermostat. But your better off just replacing the whole unit

v Switch off the printer first.

v Now Power the Printer by pressing 0 and 8 keys (keep pressing).

v Then a test mode comes up.

v Now Type 400.

v Press START (!)(You will get a counter and now you need to reset this).

v Type 0.

v Press Enter(start)

v Switch off the Printer now and restart and check again with first steps till typing 0 (You need not type 0).

v Now switch off the printer and on it normally.

v You should see printer working normally

this is due to bad communication error, it can be reset by service cod 16 sub cod 01

you may not of saved the game or it did not save correctly no way to fix it
