Question about Computers & Internet
It runs perfectly, except for the fact that I cannot burn stuff on CD-R's. At some point it crashes down, and that's it. I have to pick out the battery of the laptop in order to restart.
Faulty burner. The laser can read discs I presume but cannot develop enough power to burn a disc.

First make sure that all of your updates are current, then reboot. If this does not fix the problems then go into your device manager and uninstall your dvd/cd player and your network adapters, then reboot, This will force your system to reload the drivers for the dvd/cd player and your network adapters.

I would install the 64bit vista drivers available for your machine at the asus website. these are made for your machine. there could be several issues with drivers made for other models of motherboards
