The Dell e6330 laptop requires a 63watt or higher power supply. You can search a marketplace of your choice (Amazon, e-bay, etc...) or google / bing "dell e6330 power supply" then compare the results with your power supply. If what you have is the same, then the power supply you have may be defective. If you have access to another Dell laptop (friend or co-worker) see if their power supply works with your laptop, and if your power supply works on their laptop. Do not force the connection into either laptop as you may damage the motherboard.

I have a 32" RCA LCD tv , rlc3210 power input says

Is it hooked up with HDMI cable?

If so try unplugging the HDMI cable and re plugging the cable in, sometimes those cables work loose and if they are not tight, it will cause your screen to flicker. Happens to my TV once in awhile.

My laptop keeps saying pluged in not charging what can i do?

Yes, this is a common problem. Ther are two things that can cause this error.
1: The power supply is faulty, this is common, as they are used way more often than the typical power supply was intended.
2: The power jack inside your laptop could have broken solder on the power plug. This is also a coomon occurance, as laptops that are plugged in cause alot of stress on the plag jack on the laptop from moving the cord around. If you go to Fry's or Best Buy, they will test both the supply and the jack for you for free, and tell you which one is faulty. If it is the power supply, they may even supply you with a new one for free, as long as you are nice and polite to them. I was told this by a Best Buy tech.

When powering on the fans spin and yet I get no video. The LED under the PSU (CR9E1) flashes. What is the LED indicating?

This indicates power supply failure. PSU means Power Supply Unit.

Solution?
Replace the power supply.
MAKE SURE it is a compatible one!

What do I mean by that statement? In some years of Dell manufacturing, Dell made their computers "Proprietary".
This means only Dell parts could be used in a Dell computer.

The wires in the 20/24-pin ATX main (Motherboard) power cable, were put in different socket holes, than a standard 20/24-pin main power cable.
Yellow is 12 volts. Orange is 3.3 volts. Red is 5 volts. Black wires are Ground wires.

If an aftermarket power supply made by another manufacturer, were to be used in these type of computers, it will burn out the motherboard! Possibly the ram memory and processor also!

If you buy an aftermarket power supply, instead of a Dell unit, make SURE the colors of the wires are in the same place, as they are in the Dell 20/24-pin main power cable connector!

For more info about that last statement, I suggest you check out this page,

LCD Monitor Blank/Non-Responsive - Dell E173FPC

Next thing I would check is the VGA cable between PC and monitor.

Make sure is in at both ends and if possible try another one.

Do the Dell Menus come up with no VGA cable plugged in? Is the light amber? Flashing or static?

2200 error on dell 962 all in one printer came on lighted screen. then i powered the printer off and it will not work at all. unlighted screen says power down error

1. Uninstall, and re-install the printer.

Else....

2. Error 2200 is a Scan Carrier Stall error... Maybe the scan carrier stalled during a scan job? Turn off the printer, wait a few seconds, and then turn on the printer.

else

3. If no result....Try this... turn off the printer then remove the power supply and press the power button for 15 seconds (it should clear info out of the printer). Then plug the power back in and press the power button.

Thanks for using FixYa - a FixYa rating is appreciated!!

Dell monitor problem

Disconnect and reconnect both ends of the video cable (while the computer and monitor are both off). Also disconnect and reconnect the power cable. Is the power cable plugged into the same surge protector as the computer? And also try a different outlet on the surge protector for the monitor.

Powerbutton flashing yellow

If the main power button LED is flashing or solid yellow, this could indicate a hardware problem.

Was it running good before?

Are the diagnostic LED lights all green?

Here is what dell says:

If the power light is blinking amber  —

The computer is receiving electrical power, but an internal power problem might exist.

  • Ensure that the voltage selection switch is set to match the AC power at your location (if applicable).
  • Ensure that the processor power cable is securely connected to the system board.

Do you remember what the BSOD said?
