New battries but camera wont start
Well assuming the camera hasn't been damaged, make sure of the polarity of the batteries when installing them. Also make sure they are all fresh and of the same kind. If one battery is bad, it will prevent the camera from turning on. If still a problem, use a "Q" tip dipped in alcohol to clean the battery contacts in the camera. If this doesn't solve your problem, contact the mfg about downloading new firmware for the camera... Hope this helps.
