Wii randomly stopped working, wont turn on

Wii Console Turns On, But Has No Power Light Situation:
  • The power LED on the system does not come on, but the system still powers on and plays

Information:
If the Wii Console is still working normally, it is likely that the power LED is broken.
This issue will remain limited to the Power LED, and will not get any worse.
Unless the system is having other problems, continue using the console regularly for a few weeks to determine whether this interferes with the enjoyment of game play.

Situation Not Resolved:
If, after using the system for awhile, the Power LED not coming on is too distracting, the Wii Console does carry a one-year warranty.
We are happy to inspect and, if necessary, fix the system at no charge within the warranty period. To start the repair process, click here.

I just recently move my entertainment center around and plug all of including the Wii console. so when i put everything back, plug them all in the Wii console did not work... I thought i meight have...

It's very possible. If you plug in the power source for you Wii and no light comes on at the power button for the Wii, it is a problem with the power cord. If not, it may be a problem with the Wii itself. Test this out to see whether you need to get a new power cord or to have you Wii sent in for repair.

Wii console won't switch on - has been working

many times after a power surge even with it on a surge protector the power brick can go bad
have replaced countless power bricks

if you have a friend with a wii see if you can barrow the brick to test you system out ... Power bricks run under $10 at the right places.
most of the time power brick will go before it gets to the system

if it still doesnt work try to power it on with wiimote or eject power button might have broken they are weak buttons and break easy

No power to wii console

Try a friends power cord on your wii. If it works fine, buy a new power cord for your wii. If it doesn't work still with your friends cord, it's the connector on your wii and it will need replacing. Also make sure to try a different outlet in your home as well; the outlet itself could be fried.

Wii console will not power on. Tried unpluging

Nintendo designed the AC adapter with a protection mechanism agaist a power loss or surge. Even if the Wii was connected to a power strip, the mechanism may be triggered since it is very sensitive to voltage change. Follow the steps in the article to reset your AC adapter and to hopefully revive your Wii to avoid sending it in for service.

No power to wii console

Try pluggin the power adaper into a differnet wall socket. Also try pluggin a different device into the socket that the Wii is currently plugged into to test that the socket is good. Make sure all cables are connected firmly including the spot on the power brick. If this does not work then something has either gone bad in the Wii or the power brick is dead.
