Does it only happen when you are installing software or running software on the CD drive? If so, then it sounds like your power supply will have to be the cd drive is accessed, it drains power from the system and the computer restarts due to the drain on the power supply.

Multimedia audio controller driver will not install It loads the realtek driver then restarts the pc

You're P5PE-VM motherboard does use Realtek AC'97 driver. (ADI AD1888JCPZ). Preform a clean install. Download, install and run the free program ccleaner. Once installed click on the registry icon within ccleaner and run it. Than restart you're system and enter the bios. Make sure AC'97 is to [Auto] See page 2-20 in you're manual.
Save and exit the bios. Use the Asus CD and install the sound drivers. Or download the latest drivers from Asus;

Good luck!

I have pc not get tha output sound

Install the SoundMax audio drivers from the asus website:

Make sure you restart. Fixed the problem for me!

Also, if that doesn't work, make sure you are plugging in to the GREEN audio jack. Do your speakers work elsewhere in another computer?
