Problem for ASUS P5PE-VM Motherboard
P5PE-VM Restart when software is Run

ASUS restart when i run a install or run software not sure why? But have not done a format on the system yet.Dose anyone have the same issues?

- Its not the power i tested that. I run the software on my hard drive with no disc drives at all. Its not that easy.Solution #1

Does it only happen when you are installing software or running software on the CD drive? If so, then it sounds like your power supply will have to be replaced...as the cd drive is accessed, it drains power from the system and the computer restarts due to the drain on the power supply.
