Question about iLO 3200 32 in. LCD Television
I have an ILO 27" (not positive on the size of the TV) Digital/HD TV. It was working great for us until I was doing a channel scan for new digital channels. It's worked before, but now it just scans up to channel 27 and then freezes us. It goes no further. I know there is a channel 16 and a channel 22 in our area, but it did not pick those up. Now...when I can the Analog channels, it works no problem. Digital channels however is a different story. Now what?
Hi, I'm afraid that not only a cable is needed but an analog (vga) to digital (dvi) converter/scaler as well. The iLo LCD Display V27DMBX-U12 can hook up to a PC using the DVI-I connection only. As you said, your computer has the standard 1D15 pin VGA connector. Another possibility is if your video card has a composite video output (normally a color yellow RCA female) or an S-Video output which will both connect direct to your iLo LCD Display V27DMBX-U12. For the RCA connection all you need is an ordinary RCA to RCA shielded wire cable and for the S-Video, an S to S Video cable will work. There is of course the question about the quality or the resolution. Good luck and hope that this be of some help to you. Pls post again how things turn up. Kind regards.

same thing happened to my ilo. There are four capacitors that are bad on the power board. You can usually tell its bad because at the top it bulges out. Here is what you need to do. Unplug the tv, open up your ilo find the power board ( the power cord plugs into it). Then find the capacitors that are bad (they are the around things usually in blue color) and remove them by soldering the other side. On mine there where three 1000uf 16v and one 470uf 35v. Those are the ones that need replacing. I replaced them with a higher voltage rating 1000uf 35v and 470uf 50v. All you need to do is solder them back on but make sure you solder them back the right way (plus goes to plus on the board or you will be in trouble). I found the capacitors at radio shack for about 1.50 a peice. If you dont know how to solder look it up on youtube. If that does not work there might be couple more bad capacitors that need replaceing just need to find them and you can tell by a small bulging top.

There is a capacitor that is out. It is a 470uf 25v. When you open the back and look at the power board there are three group together. It should be right there. You will be able to tell if the capactor top is bubbled replace it. It should be completely flat.

SOURCE: ilo HD TV won't turn on
try another power cable (usually these tvs use the same power cords as a number of other electronics, such as desktop computers, etc) - if that doesn't work, try another power outlet - Also, try powering the tv on with the power cord out - this clears the static electricity off the system board, and helps w/ power issues sometimes - if still no power, then you can contact Wal Mart's customer service (since iLo is their in-house brand) @ 1-800-925-6278 to see if it's still under warranty or if they can put you in touch w/ an onsite technician.
Good luck - hope this helps!
