If the unit is washing properly, as far as you can tell, but it won't stop spinning, then I would have a professional look at the control panel and timer to be diagnosed because there seems to be in miscommunication.

You will need to type into your search engine/web browser '(make model number) washer manual' and you should be presented with a number of sources from which you can either download for free or have to pay a nominal amount.
You could also try the manufacturer's web site direct ;-0)

I have a model 11, but I believe they are the same. The end at he outlet of the pump actually has tabs on it. Just twist and pull. Make sure the tabs are ligned up with the slots before you pull too hard.

Hi, Paulette well, I think that this sounds like your Load Sensor or Water Level sensor, is faulting? I hate to be the bearer of bad tidings, but this is a job for a professional.
To achieve the cheapest repair with the least amount of time and headache, please contact Westinghouse either a local, or even the head office, and ask for a referral on to an authorised service and repair center. Now when you make contact with them, first ask them to call and give a "Quote" as to the cost and type of repairs that need to be made. Then you can make an informed decision as to what to do, repair or replace. Now, I say this as often a repair can quickly escalate in costs, and a seemingly small problem, can end up being very expensive, often my customers tell me they then would prefer to put any monies, that would have been spent on the repair, be put towards a NEW unit, complete with a full warranty.
