I lost the icon on my computer for the CCTV system.It disappeared from desktop and my programs.So I rather cleverly [not] decided to uninstall and then reinstall the whole thing.But EVERY TIME I type in the passwordand user number from the sleeve of the CD as instructed it tells me it is not right. The prompt is 'Company'  I have no idea why it asks for this since this is a home system.I have typed in my administration name and password here, but it tells me that is wrong. Then my adminstrators name only, that is wrong, then the key numbers that is wrong i have left it blank and just entered user identification/password from the cover of the CD and that is wrong as well! I need help, i hope this will be a very simple matter for you??
