You can buy a power converter on Amazon that plugs directly into the wall and then the usb plug goes into it.

You can probably also buy them at any electronic store.

SOURCE: Is the battery that comes with the camera rechargeable?

Yes, the battery that comes with the C-7000 can be recharged. This battery is the Olympus LI-12B Lithium Ion battery and it can be recharged using the LI-10C battery charger. Both the battery and charger are included with the camera.

SOURCE: How do you recharge the lithium Ion battery?

You don't say what the battery model is. Is it a AA, AAA or is it a specific battery for the camera. Some video camera batteries are chargeable while in the camera with the use of an appropriate mains lead plugged into the camera. With other cameras you need to remove the battery and insert it in an appropriate charger for the type of battery.

The batteries were discharged too low. A lithium battery should be recharged as soon as you see a loss of power.

Toshiba PDR-3300 Digital Camera

Hi this is common problem if your sure that these batterys are new and you have used that make and type of battery before than the problem will be on the board of the camera itself.
If these batterys are ones you have not used in your camera before then the chances are these batterys are just not powerfull enough so you can by a recharge pack for your camera ok so let me know if its new batterys and if you have used this type before.

Also insted of using the lcd can you turn the screen of then try taking picture using normal view finder as you would on a none digital cam

It could just be that the batterys you brought are faulty and might be worth trying another set before giving up.
These camera usuall wont switch on with normal batterys so just try another set or if you have let me know.
If the battery says low bat then goes off then these batterys will not work if tryed again but if you can get camera on turn off the screen then try taking picture ok get back to me and let me know ok

Hi
Check the Manual
User’s Guide

Hay Don't worry it will work
Note: Some low-power USB ports may not be able to provide enough
charge power. Also note that rechargeable batteries may
eventually need to be replaced as they have limited charge
cycles (which vary with use and settings).

Li-ion Battery
The Sansa e200 MP3 player comes with a replaceable and rechargeable
lithium ion battery. To use the player for the very first time, remember to
fully charge the Li-ion battery. You can charge your Sansa through the USB
port of your computer, a car adapter (not included) USB port, or AC adapter
(not included) USB port.

Please execute the following instructions for charging the battery using
an USB port.
1) Connect the smaller end of the USB cable into an available USB
port on the computer
2) Connect the larger end of the USB cable into the dock connector of
the player
3) The computer must be on for most USB ports to charge your
battery. Your Sansa will show connected and the yellow charging
indicator will appear. The battery level indicator will blink while
charging. You will not be able to play while connected to the
computer USB.
4) To stop recharging, disconnect the cable.
The battery can also be charged using an AC adapter (not included) or
a car adapter (not included) and you will be able to play your device
while charging with one of the adapters. The battery will reach
approximately 70% charge in 2.5 hours and full charge in about 3.5
hours. It is recommended that you fully charge your Sansa e200
before the first use.

Have an acer aspire 5002WLMi laptop bought second hand. no manual. old battery. If I bought a new battery, how long of a charge would I get. Is it ok to continually use my adapter/recharge cord when I use...

I use the adapter plugged in all day long, it will not do any damage to your battery. You can leave it plugged in a work as long as you want. Just make sure you get the lithium ion battery as that is the latest..in fact I would get it off of the Acer home page if possible. As for as how long a battery last, depends on the usage and how many times you recharge it. Lithium are good for over 1000 recharges so again depends on your usage. Its the recharge that wears it down. Hope this helps. Pls rate this solution.

Camera keeps turning off

Digital cameras are very Voltage Sensitive. Using Nicad or NiMh batteries will not only , "Not" solve the problems above but will
actually aggravate the above problems for one reason.

Rechargable NiCad or NiMh batteries only produce 1.2 volts fully charged and will only give you 2.4 volts when used in pairs with this camera. This falls below the cameras desired 2.8 - 3.0 voltage requirement and will only result in about 30-40 pictures at most.

This camera requires a constant 2.8 - 3.2 volts to run properly. Kodak won't tell you this !!The camera was designed with Oxy Akaline batteries in mind.New alkalines will produce 3.2 to 3.4 volts in pairs but only for a short period of time. The issue with the Oxy Alkaline batteries is that they simply will not last very long in this camera due to its power requirements.

But there is a really great solution to the problem . You can purchase a CRV3 rechargeable Li-ion battery that fits right into this camera.
You will get a realistic 180-250 photos per charge. The Li-Ion battery maintains a constant 3.0 volts for a very long period of time
and will allow the camera to function the way Kodak originally intended it to and can be recharged. You will find rechargable CRV3 battery kits on ebay or other online battery stores at a very reasonable cost.

You can also use a Lithium Non rechargeable CRV3 battery that will give approx 250-300 photos per battery but you may
find non rechargeable Lithium batteries cost prohibitive.

I use the rechargeable Li-ION Battery exclusively in this camera and it functions perfectly since I switched. I have a pair
of CRV3 Li-Ion batteries so I always have a fully charge CRV3 ready to go.

For reference I was only able to get about 30 pictures with the high capacity 2800 Mah Rechargeable NiMH Batteries I used prior
to using the LI-ION Battery. I get on average about 175 pictures per full charge from the LI-ION Battery.
