I can switch on my onn mp3

Hi Everyone,

I have the solution. Well this worked for me anyway. I couldn't find any software updates, so I plugged the player back into my computer. Then I deleted everything off, yes everything - but don't format the drive!! Then I created a folder called "Voice", then put the mp3 files back on - mine then worked like new. Hope yours does too.

My mother-in-law had this problem - tracked it down to the voice recorder - deleted the .WAV files in the the VOICE directory and everything was ok again.

I *think* it's because you've accidentally deleted a vital piece of software from the player. It's easily done when you're erasing material via a PC.

Same problem here, if its the voice recorder how do you go by deleting them, my computer wont recognise the mp3 and it will only go on for a cppl of seconds, thanks

i have had the same problem it worked if i held the play button for 3 seconds same turning off. was the only way to get it working.
