Question about HP Pavilion dv7-1285dx Notebook
Just upgraded new computer from vista home to vista business ultimate and lost the vertical scroll function. I saw a solution posted earlier that said to select the device settings tab on the mouse control panel menu, but there was no tab labeled device settings.
Any other solutions?
The problem is with your drivers only:-
1. you dont have installed the drivers for ur touchpad if is that so, then it is not properly installed . pls uninstall old drivers reinstall the touchpad drivers and restart the system and the problem will be resolved. doing this will reset all the changed values that you don't know and load the default values which will work fine. 2. Secondly you can also try by going in control panel and go to tochpad settings , reset to default. it will work. but first one is best thing
