Front load washers don't "agitate". Did you mean it doesn't tumble during the wash cycle? I need more information. Complete model # and a more detailed description of the issue.
It is a whirlpool duet ht model# gwh940plo. I did check the belt and it is on. It will not tumble( during wash cycle) or spin.I ran diagnostic load and no errors. It did skip c:04 c:07 c:08 because it requires spining or tumbling. Thanks for your help

It is a whirlpool duet ht model# gwh9400plo. I did check the belt and it is on. It will not tumble(during wash) or spin. Everything else is working it will fill and drain. I ran diagnostic load and did not give any error codes. It did skip c:04 c:07 c:08 because they esquire tumbling or spining.
Do you hear a "click" from the MCU at any point?
Chances are the MCU is not faulty. Check the wiring from the motor to the MCU
Check the motor winding resistance also
