I've just bought an old Chef Supreme Fan Forced Electric Oven. I don't know the Model number or even where to look for it. Apart from finding out how to operate it, I'd like to give it a thorough clean and want to know if the elements are removeable so I can clean the element "dishes"? underneath them. Thanks for any help you can give.
Pull the oven out. All the information should be on the back on a tag or sticker.
