Question about Canon PIXMA iP4000 InkJet Photo Printer
MY PRINTER ALWAYS WASTE ABSORBNT IS FULL AND I CANT PRINT THE WHOLE DOCS. TO BE PRINT JUST A HALF PAPER . AND THE PAPER JAMMED .. I DONT KNOW WHAT TO DO
Sounds like every other inkjet, they store the waste ink from cleaning cycles into a ink asorba box (felt pads). The machine estimates when these pads will be potentionally full and shuts down so no one ends up with ink pouring out of their printer on to their desks.
SO TAKE IT TO HAVE THE WASTE INK BOX REPLACED AND THE COUNTER RESET, or replace with new cause a brand new mechanism with gen ink, fresh pads, year warranty, is a most times a more economical option.

With the original chip now
attached to the compatible cartridge (you may need double sided tape to
get the chip to stick well to the cartridge), and with the cartridge
now in the printer, Press and hold the Reset/OK Button for 5 seconds to
reset the chips.
