If you are posting about making dvd movies out of mp4 video you'll Need 2 or 3 programs or Nero http://www.nero.com/enu/ has programs to do it like Nero Video with nero video you can just drag the mp4 into the dvd maker. Other wise you'll need mp4 to vob converter program & dvd burner program that has burn dvd option

You will need some DVD authoring program such as Nero or NTI to record DVD's. The programs should have come loaded on the machine if it is a DVD burner. Are you sure it is a Burner and not just a DVD player? Check in the program start area and see if there is a burning program.
