I have an RCA D52W20. Went to turn it on and the power blinked 2 or 3 times but will not turn on.

Power supply board probably.

CK for Bad capacitors on your Deflection Board its the bottom board on left hand side cp150 cp114 cp120/ if (cp150)- 2200uf 16v is puffed up on top It is Bad replace all 3 capacitors 220uf 35v is the other 2.

You will meed to replace the Flyback number 259296 and CP150. You can get the parts at the following link and they provide step by step instructions with pictures of how to do the repair.

Liz, yes it is a power supply problem, better question is; low voltage or high voltage power supply ? count the blink code, it should repeat the code, once you have the code call your local tv shops and give them the model number of your tv and the blink amount and they`ll tell you price to fix, gl, video-tek

high voltages..large capacitors retain nasty charge for a long time.........

its usually the flyback on your model that needs replacing. Does the power indicator blink 3 times?
