Hi, I recently added a watermark to our receipts, but now it only prints a receipt after the payment key is hit. Prior to this it would start printing the recent item by item as you enter them. Does anyone know how to revert this? I took the watermark back off but it still does this.

To set dept names:


Turn key to program.

Department number

SUBTOTAL
Type new name
CASH
SUBTOTAL

If it gives an error when pressing CASH, then repeat, but press 00 button before CASH (some models need this).

the possibilities of receipt stop print completely:
1. accidently press the "Receipt Off" button
2. Receipt printer paper jam

Hi.
I don't have information on this model, but it sounds like it is one of the very low end registers. These machines can not have the printing turned off. They were designed to be journal printers or continuous receipt printers. You need to buy a machine with receipt memory to get this function. (PCR-T series and above)

4. enter commercial message using alphabet keys on keyboard (21 character max per line, 4 lines)
5. press cash at end of each line.
6. press subtotal when done
