Most hotmail accounts migrated to outlook.com a while back. Microsoft pretty much handles that support. You can get more information and/or support at: http://windows.microsoft.com/en-us/windows/contact-support

• Password: The password you usually use to sign in to Hotmail or Windows Live

• SMTP Authentication required? Yes (same as POP3 username and password)
SMTP TLS required? Yes

Check the spelling of the website. Make sure it's not Hotmail.comhotmail.com like states in your header. You may have accidentally blocked it in your "Security" tab. After opening IE 9, click on the "Tools" tab, then select "Internet Options". Click the "Security" tab. You'll see 4 options. Clcik on the "Restricted" one and click "Sites" See if your Hotmail.com is not on the list. If so, then click the "Clear sites" button. Otherwise, use Mozilla to gain access to Hotmail.com.

On the Hotmail sign-in page, click the "Can't access your account?" link just below the "Sign in" button.

hot mail has become outlook.com,, just click on this link and go to the bottom where is say DON'T HAVE A MICROSOFT ACCOUNT CLICK ON SIGN UP NOW AND FOLLOW THE PROMPTS..

Are you entering your correct password for the mail id? Go for the link can not access my account link on the login page you will be asked for the secondary mail address if you have provided any and a reset link will be sent to this mail address. By opening your secondary email-account you will be able to click on the reset link and can access your hotmail account afterwards.

Or you can also use the code link, if you have registered for it on the hotmail login page, and with the help of same you wil be able to login onto your hotmail account.

Try resetting your password or go to Outlook.com and login with your e-mail + @outlook.com instead of @hotmail.com!! :) I hope this has helped you!!!

On your Outlook home screen, click the GEAR in the upper right corner and select "Switch back to Hotmail
