Problem for Dual Electronics CECT P168 Cellular Phone

I can't phone and text out pls help me with i9+++

I've just got the new i9+++ from ebay and I've installed sim card which is 3G AT&T and the phone recognize my network. Then I tried to dial my friend it said "unable to connect" then I tried to text out, it said cannot send and stored in the outbox
Does anybody help me to solve this problem
I'm so tired with my new phone..

i'm sorry for you, but this phone IS NOT compatible with 3G networks. The i9+ 3G is only a name and has nothing to do with 3G network.
