Sharp TV won't turn on
I got this free TV from my parents because it won't turn on after only two years. When plugged in it makes a high pitched pulsating sound. It took the back off to find out where it was comming from, it seems to be coming from the center of the circuit board. I read somewhere that it might be a bad connetion with one of the diodes. Is this something that i can do on my own?

- when i plug in the tv, it makes a ticking sound. when i push the power button, there's no power. i opened the back cover to see where the ticking is coming from. i thought it might be the fuse but it wasn't.as i listened closely where it was coming from, it sounds like it's coming from right center of the board at a square piece with yellow around it.
is this something i can fix myself? and where can i get this part?
