No App Store app on my ipad mini

I would say power off your tablet. Power it back on and see if the app works. If that does not work then uninstall the app. Install it again from the app store. Hopefully this fixes the issue.

Download the Kindle App for iPad from the App Store and from that app you can log to your kindle account.

You should make sure that your iPad is running the latest firmware version. Also, make sure that your apps, especially the one you are having trouble with, is fully updated. These updates cover problems the software is having.

1. To check if your iPad firmware is up to date:
Go to "settings", then to "general" then to "software update".
2. To check on you apps update status, go to the "app store" icon,
then on the bottom, all the way to the right, there's an "updates" icon. The apps that have available updates are listed here. Make sure to update each out of date app.

There is an APP store icon on your iPad. Open the APP store icon.In the upper right of the creen find the block into which you should type UTube. The screen will than display many choices of Utube apps.

The notes app on your iPad, is to type in notes. As soon as you want to make texts like in word, you should use Pages. It should be on the iPad mini too. There are other apps to type formatted texts, but you should look yourself on the app store, to see what app you like the most.
On windows, nobody expected text formatting in Notebook, so why should anyone ask that from Notes?

First check that your iPad is connected to the internet in the settings, and to see if it is connected to your WiFi. check in the App Store if there is an update available for Ice Age Village, and if there is, then you can update through the App store. If that does not work, I suggest saving your game data through the Game Center and re-installing the app.

Go to app store and download or go to ITunes and adjust your account so that any app will download to both IPads and/or IPhone at the same time.

Get the iBook app from the app store. It works the same as buying apps.

I've never experienced the Camera app to disappear, but since you can't get any output off the camera even with third party apps i suggest your iPad camera might be broken. It could be that the native camera app is only available when iOS detects a camera. Since the app is gone i presume both cameras are no longer connected to the base board.
