Hi, we just moved to this house and the security alarm keep displaying "Telephone Comm. Failure". We are not hook up to a central monitor station and we don't plan to do so. We don't have a user install guide, only passcode. I wonder is there a way to clear the message from the control panel and make it go away. The brand for system is called FutureSmart Networks and I can't find any related material for this one online. Can somebody help me? Thanks!
Sounds like your alarm panel is not hooked to a active phone line. FutureSmart Networks are made by Honeywell. Go to the website below and contact their support desk. They should be able to get you a operation manuals for their products:
