Farid: According to http://www.copytechnet.com/forums/canon/56346-ipf8000-error-03130031-2618-a.html : this is "Print Head failure.
First try replacing the Print Heads and if the problem persist, re-seat all the cabling to the Relay PCB and the Carriage Unit PCB.
A loss or faulty connection to either one of the PCB's could cause the problem. In one case, the problem was related to both a faulty Flex Cable Assembly (QM3-2005-000) and the Carriage Assembly PCB (QM3-1995-020) for the IPF8000 and (QM3-3093-000) for the 8000S.
Canon has bad heads for this LFP, it is not unusuall. Every model has this issue, canon even lower the price of head because of this. When you replace the print head message disapears for some period of time.If Im not wrong I think that is P-01 or 03 print head involved.
If it's within 12 months of purchase, Canon will replace free, although you may have to hound them a bit. This problem has occured twice (2 new heads) on our IPF8100 each time about 9 months in.
Check to see if the cutter module has fallen off the print heaqd carriage. A common problem. It is a blue module that snaps into the left side of the carriage. Usually if it has fallen out, it can be found in the far left end of the printer, so you have to stop the printer, lift the lid and stick your hand into the left cave.
