Basically you need to restore the drive using another PS3 or a computer if your geeky.

I have a Brother MFC-7340 and the screen reads drum error. I changed the drum and Toner using manufacturer parts and still nothing. I cannot print or copy.
Try to open the front cover
the screnn will show "Replace drum"
press Option, then Start buttom
then the screnn will go blank
press 00 and the screnn will show Accepted

after all these, the printer will be auto reset the software by itself.

When I turn it on toshiba logo comes on and then it says that there either was apower failer or it was not shut down propley and it says to start windows normally when I do that nothing happans screan goes...
When it asks you to start windows in normal, there is also an option for Safe Mode. Select safe mode and boot. Once you have booted in safe mode, you can reboot and let it boot normally (it will not ask now).

the syncro transistor is fried. needs repair. if its under warranty take it back otherwise it might be cheaper to obtain a second hand monitor.

Exchange rate
For the MS-80TE and MS-100TV this suggestion works - with the MODE select the EXCH than hold down the SET button. on the screan SET EXCH will appear, press the C2 /the C1 is by default 1/ and set the rate, press SET again and you are done
