I HAVE AN '03 CHRYSLERSEBRING AND MY PASSENGER SIDE LOW BEAM DO NOT WORK BUT THE HI-BEAMS DO. IVE REPLACED THE BULB AND STILL THE SAME PROBLEM. AND BEFORE THIS MY MPH LIGHTS WERE ACTING FUNNY. PLEASE HELP?
You have SWS (simplified wiring system) It Is run by computer.
Can be checked for trouble codes with MB991502 or equivalent
Scanner. Usually when only 1 beam on 1 bulb, wiring or connection
between front computer and bulb is problem, (after checking bulb)
which you say you have already done.
So what should I do to fix this problem. im not too auto savy
Check around your area for a GOOD shop that has the proper scanner
and a copy of Mitchell On Demand and or troubleshooting information

It's a bulb replacement. If it's anything similar to my Audi, there is a cover on the back of the headlight housing that you pop off. Then you can reach in, pull the wire connector off the bulb, and unclip a metal retainer over the bulb, and pull the bulb out. Installation of the new one is the reverse. Just be SURE not to touch the glass part of the bulb. Skin oils can cause a halogen bulb to burn very hot and burn out very quickly. If you do touch the glass, wipe it gently but thoroughly on a cotton cloth to clean it off before you install it.

If you put it in; did you touch the bulb with your fingers? If so, I've seen bulbs pop as soon as they're put in. The oil from your skin leaves a residue, and the heat goes to it, and blows the bulb. wear jersey or latex gloves when you re-install new bulb. If it still doesn't work, replace headlight bulb socket

You will need to provide what year car, engine size, ect so a diagram can be found to help you.

Check the fuse. There are seperate fuses for right and left. You dont mention if the high beam works for that side? If it does, the fuse is good. The GREEN wire at the bulb is the ground for the low beam. If that wire has power, then the ground is bad. If the high beam works, the hi'lo beam switch is good, and there is a problem between that headlight and the Engine Compartment Junction Block

Power for the headlights on the Left side (High and low beam.) comes from the same fuse... The ORANGE wire and the ORANGE/BLACK are the same, they connect in the harness. If you only lack the 12v to make the light work connect them at the headlight assembly.
If your low beam also lacks ground the Left low beam ground is shared with the right low beam ground... Run a wire from left low beam DARK BLUE to right low beam DARK BLUE/WHITE.
If its not working now then your cursed, seek a witch doctor.
