Hi! To reset press the reset button in for 5 seconds. The computer board needs resetting. You can also try to reset it by switching the machine off and unplugging it to allow any residual charge to clear from the memory chip. The next step is to clean out the filter at the front - remember to empty the water out first. After a couple of hours, switch the machine on, press reset and then spin to empty any remaining water.
