You might check to make sure the plug wires are not on the wrong plug.
Also make sure the plg wires are not damaged from pulling on and off.
There are other things to check depending on what things you did to do the tune up
no need to gap them if they are new. straight out of the package is just fine. you only ever need to gap used plugs after you clean them, cause as they wear the gap gets bigger.
