This is most likely the thermal fuses on the heating elements. They are not difficult to replace but do a continuity check before the thermal fuse and the element terminal on each of the wires. You should be able get fuses from your local bunn distributor.

Brief power outage. Light timer not working.

If there was a brief power outage and your light timer is not working, there are a few steps you can take to troubleshoot the issue:
  1. Check the timer settings: Make sure that the timer is set correctly and that the time and program settings are accurate. If the timer has lost power, it may have reset and will need to be reprogrammed.
  2. Check the power source: Ensure that the timer is receiving power by checking the outlet or circuit breaker that it is plugged into. If the outlet or breaker has tripped, reset it and try again.
  3. Check the timer battery: If your timer has a battery backup, check the battery to make sure it is still functional. If the battery has died, replace it with a new one.
  4. Reset the timer: If none of the above steps have worked, try resetting the timer to its default settings. Refer to the user manual for instructions on how to reset the timer.
If the above steps do not resolve the issue, it's possible that the timer has been damaged due to the power outage. In this case, you may need to replace the timer or seek the assistance of an electrician to diagnose and repair the problem.

I have a Samsung RS261MDBP. After a power outage, theres no power, no lights on the display, no sound, and no internal lighting. Holding Lighting and Freeze for demo didnt work. What else can I try?

Check the circuit breaker for the refrigerator outlet. Sometimes during a power fluctuation, an over-current condition can trip the breaker, especially if a motor draws a substantial fraction of the breaker rating.

If you have power at the outlet and the refrigerator still doesn't work, the control module may have been damaged by the power outage. Contact your homeowner's insurance agent if you have a policy to see if repairs are covered.

No power to heater or warmer

More than likely a thermal fuse opened ( or both of them opened).

My 1994 Isuzu Pickup wont start when its below 32 degrees. Ive changed the gas filter, fuel pump, it just doesnt want to start when cold.

Below 32 degrees ( Fahrenheit , I presume) can cover a wide interval of temperatures. It could be the battery. You should consider installing a battery with a higher cranking power. In the colder parts of Canada, people install an engine warmer contraption. The device is kept connect to an electrical outlet overnight. In some places, it gets so cold that electrical outlets are available at some parking spots.

My dell d600 doesnt start after a power outage. It was plugged into a power surge protector. This has happened before (power outages) and never a problem. After this outage, I was able to get online for...

A little googling gave me this http://www.laptop-junction.com/toast/content/dell-caps-lock-light-flashing-blinking
Looks like it could be a memory problem. You could check if one or both of your memory is damaged by removing one at a time. The manual should have the procedure for adding / replacing memory.

Everthing is connected, no lights whatsoever. Was working fine until power outage this morning.

I would first make sure there is power to the outlet that your modem is connected to. If you already have something else on that outlet and it works, move on. Hook a light into the outlet to check - you may have tripped a breaker or blew a fuse to this outlet. If the outlet is OK, the surge during the outage may have destroyed the modem. You can take it to a repair shop or buy a new one. Any warranty will not cover the item. I suggest getting a surge protected outlet for all computer devices. Good ones are not cheap, but they come with insurance to pay for your devices should something happen.

What are the correct temps. for freezer and main refrigerator

Refrigerator should not be warmer than 40F. Optimal temps are 34F, this keeps your food cold without freezing it and slows down bacteria growth !

Freezer section no warmer than 10F. Normal temp 0F, optimal/recommended -10F (also for cold icecream) and for quick recovery in case of power outages.

I hope this helps.

Please try to remove the battery and than try to switch on the laptop directly from mains power and if it works than its your battery problem or if it still not starts than there is possibility of some components of your laptop may fired due power fluctuation. So go and contact service station.
