Question about Microsoft Zune JS8-00001 Digital Media Player
I had about 7 gigs of music on my zune and when i was transfering more on it suddenly froze and would not do anything. so after about an hour i just unplugged it and resarted it. then when i turned it back on all my music was gone...everything, obviously you cant turn that around but for some reason it still says that those 7 gigs are used up. how can i fix this?
Try enabling your Windows XP to see your Zune as an external hard drive. This will allow you to browse the contents of your Zune and recover any music that might be on it.

Call zune help and ask how to do a master reset or try holding the back button and down at the same time
