It is no longer getting water to the unit. Valve closed, filter stopped up, or the float valve is dirty. This is something that must be cleaned regulaly especially if you have hard water. Robert
This sounds like you may have some calcium build up in the water feeder or level switch. You can call our tech support at 800-776-0711 and they can help you with the next step to get this problem solved.
Please remove the unit from any power. Once you have, please replace the unit to find that the button is no longer in the stuck position. Please do not attempt to troubleshoot the button when and IF any power is being applied.

Funny, mine starting displaying the same thing around the same time. I contacted Thermasol and apparently the temperature sensor in the generator unit is malfunctioning and needs to be replaced. They're sending one to me, i'll let you know if it works.
