You might have a faulty power supply. Electrolytic capacitors are a frequent failure component. I replaced the caps in two AOC televisions to fix them.

Interesting. Have you tried plugging your machine at home into a different outlet than the one you normally use? It could be that the issue isn't your machine, but the outlet you have it plugged into.
If it still acts up, maybe try at a friends house, see if the machine does the same there. I was told by my handyman that home electricity can be "dirty" -- as in, 110 volts can fluctuate at the outlet. You might not be getting a full 110 volts (or too much) and that can affect small appliances. So even if your outlet is OK, maybe your home electricity is fickle and affecting your machine.
You say it's new? On some pumps they will secure the float switch when shipping. Be sure you followed directions and removed anything that may interfere with the switch.
The only reason is it will depends on the usage of your laptop. You can try to change the power settings of your computer so that it will last for more than 5 hours. You have 3 options: Power Saver, Balanced and High Performace.
1. Go to Control Panel
2. Hardware and Sound
3. Power Option
Try this out
HOW TO FIX ERROR 7 PROBLEM! This problem is quite common on these machines, especially just after the machine has been moved. As a previous poster has said, Err 7 is a motor error. It is usually because the electrical connector has become detatched from the motor. Here is how to fix it.
* First of all, PLEASE unplug the machine from the wall socket! And switch off the water supply too! * Pull the machine out from under the counter, and turn it so that you have access to the back of the machine. * Remove the 3 phillips screws that secure the back plate. You are only removing the small plate immediately behind the drum, not the whole back panel! * Look through the hole you have just created by removing the panel down towards the bottom of the machine. You will see the motor. Hopefully you will also see a 7 way connector not connected to anything, and a 7-way socket on the motor! (7 way means that it connects 7 different wires!) * Plug the connector back on to the motor. Don't worry, it will only go one way round, so you can't get it wrong. If the connector looks like it is connected, give it a little wiggle and a push to make sure it is fully home. * Replace the the small back panel, taking note that the top of the panel goes BEHIND the main back panel, and the bottom of it goes IN FRONT of the main panel. (This could be the other way round, I can't remember!) * Push the machine back under the counter, making sure that it is level (level it up by turning the 2 feet at the front of the machine until it doesn't wobble), reconnect the water and plug it in to the electricity supply. * Turn the machine on and attempt to operate the machine. (Top Tip: Select the wool or quick wash to test the machine, otherwise you will have to wait 3.5 hrs for the machine to go through a cotton/linen wash! Unplugging the machine won't help, because it remembers where it was when it gets a power cut!) hope this helps

Try a power drain to see if can keep the TV on consistently:
1. Unplug the product's power cable so the device is not grounded to the house.
2. Press and HOLD the product's own power button for 1 minute to drain the capacitors.
3. Plug the product back into a wall outlet and try to turn it on.
Note: This procedure works with battery operated devices as well so remove the batteries and
hold down it's power button. Electricity can remain in capacitors and on circuit boards
enough to prevent normal functionality. By clearing the residue electricity, your product
will have a fresh start and many times this will resolve a buggy or non-responsive device
that appears to be dead.
If the TV continues to turn off and on after this, it would appear that there is an issue with the TV's power supply as it may be on it's last legs.
simply take the unit to Radio Shack and ask the peeps there to hook you up. They have almost any type of plug for almost any type of adapter. Good Luck
