u can access to auxiliary only with remote.
just try one thing , down the channel to 0. and then press the channel down button once more. watch is av input selected or gone to upper channel.

Unlock all of the channels on the TV by entering 0711 or 3308. These are
the Jensen factory reset codes that will reset the TV to the original
factory settings. By doing this, you will lose any information that you
have stored in the TV, such as channel labels and schedules. You will
have to program the TV again by going through the entire initial set up.
Channel Edit makes it easy for you to save or delete channels in the list of channels in the TV?s memory.
1. Using the Number buttons, select the channel you wish to save or delete.
2. Press MENU to see the menu.
3. Press upper or lower key to scroll through the menu until SETUP is highlighted.
4. Press right key to enter the SETUP menu.
5. Press upper or lower key to scroll through the SETUP menu until CHANNEL EDIT is highlighted.
6. Press right key to choose SAVED or DELETED. Choose SAVED to add the channel to the TV?s memory. It will be available using the CH +/? buttons.
Choose DELETED to remove the present channel from the TV memory. To clear the menu press STATUS/EXIT. Or, wait a few seconds after you finish your adjustment; the menu will disappear automatically.

make sure you have your tv set to cable, if you have a set top box unplug the box plug it back in reboot it, like i said make sure your tv is set to cable then do auto channel scan should work good luck!!
Automatically tunes in and preset receivable TV stations. Make sure the antenna cable is properly connected. 1 Press MENU (PRESET-1) on the upper part of the LCD TV set for more than two seconds. The AUTO mode screen appears. 2 Press VOL (–)/(+) (PRESET-2) on the upper part of the LCD TV set. All the TV stations in your area that can be received by the LCD TV set are automatically preset. 3 The screen shows whatever is on channel 1 when full auto channel preset is finished.
Probably, at first you searched the programs in automatic way. And there were only 20 channels at that time. So, you only have 20 channels. You should try to search channel 21, 22, 23, etc, manually. If you can't set 21 on your program, then your tv set has only 20 programs.
