Enter the Menu screen, select, preference, select default, and OK.
If the problem is with password forgot, the default passord of this unit is [ 3308]. Enter this password on the first screen. Sometimes the unit won't accept this passord for the first time to cheat you, enter this pasword again. After that, you can enter your own passord. OK.

At the rear of the unit you can see a small opening with the RESET label next to it. Power the unit and press in that hole a nail or something that fits thru there for 5 seconds. Shut the unit down, wait one minute power it up and it's reseted to factory defaults .

2. Got to drive C: , you will find a file called mmcstore

3. Send it to your pc directly and open it in notepad or rename the file.

4. At the end of the file you will find your password.
