If your Luminara candles dont light try reseting the timer. To reset the timer, push the power button to "OFF" setting and then push button two times at the desired start time. Candle may be used with Luminara remote control. When the Luminara candle is switched to the ON position, you are able to turn the candle OFF/ON with the Remote.

Around the battery housing, on the bottom, you might be able to scrape a bit of the wax off. Melt the wax on a piece of aluminum foil. Depending on the length of the crack, use the melted wax and just dab around with your finger. Don't burn yourself. It'll be the same color and shade and should blend in with your current candle. Hope that works for you.

There is more than one company which manufactures and sells electric / flameless candles. The name of the manufacturer is probably printed on the bottom of your electric luminara candle. Knowing the manufacturer's name will help in identifying a source for a replacement bulb. You can click or tap on Comment and add the information regarding the manufacturer.

To turn candle off, slide power switch on bottom of candle to "OFF" position. TIMERTo set timer, slide the power switch to the "TIMER" position. Candle will remain on for 5 hours from the time you place the candle in "TIMER" mode, and then automatically turn off for 19 hours. It will repeat the same cycle daily.

Check the bulb. If neither a new bulb and/or new batteries help, it's defective and needs to be returned.

My candle quit working. Changed batteries, still not working. Is there a fuse or something that needs changing? I don't have my directions anymore.

It is very easy. I suggest rechargeable batteries since they last longer and cost less with use.
