Check its speaker first. If found OK, check and replace damaged component/s at its audio output section circuit, and check for any loose solder terminals at the audio output IC.

Possible there is a fault in soldering. Poor joints in the CRT base circuit of the CRT tube will result in poor connection after some use due to the fact the heating and cooling will detach off the leads. So use a good soldering iron to touch up all the points in your main board and the CRT board and it must work provided your tube is not faulty.
