Top brand UPS like this and for sure commercial grade
my UPS has 2 ways to see logs.
one is with the APP called, (free) Powerchute at Apc.com
or i use my serial console port
i login there using PUTTY at 9600,N,8,1,No flow ctrl
and type status. or type help first
this is DOS like CLI , effect with PUTTY
I type eventlog (at CLI)_
and see all logs, Esc = end, space = next page.
there is 3rd way using APC cloud but I do not have that.(overkill for home)
I have 2 connections to my UPS ,ethernet and serial console cables.
2 ways in, and is covered in the manual.

How did you clear the fault? By using a code reader and clearing it or by disconnecting the battery? That only erased the fault from the ECM memory. That fault code is specific to Mitsubishis, so I have no idea what it means. But if the problem that set the code originally has not been corrected, it will set the code (and turn on the light) as soon as you try to use the car again.
Since the engine light comes on that means a fault code is stored for the problem that may be responsible for the no start issue. The next thing to do is have the system scanned for fault codes. Any Autozone will do the fault code test for free (except in California)
the check engine light comes on when the switch is on only as a bulb check , then when the vehicle cranks it should go out if there are no problems. you can reset the computer memory of faults by disconnecting the battery for 1 minute.
These blinks [flashes] are fault indication (Error Codes). From the number of blinks occur at one time switch ON, you can get an idea about the faulty circuit stage inside it. This will make repair easy. These are called blinking codes. Make sure about the exact number of blinking of the standby/power LED, by switching On & OFF the set, for at least two times. Count it carefully. If you wish to get some details, check the site linked here. It has details about blinking codes, and fault locating procedure, to many popular brand TVs and other devices. Viewing it in "Mosaic" or "Magazine" will make surf easy. http://electronicshelponline.blogspot.com/

Hi the protection light comes on when there is a problem within the amps. circuitry. Generally speaking the protection light normally comes on when powered up while the amp checks all of its voltage rails so that they all lie within a specific tolerance, when all have been verified to be in spec. then the protect light goes out & the power light comes on. If the protect light stays on then a fault exists within it's circuitry. Cheers, acbva.
when the engine light comes on the defect on the engine can be a blocked exhaust system or an air leak to the manifold. the oxygen senser monitors the runnig condition of the car and will inform you that the engine is not run correctly. diagnostic can tel you the defect
hi you need to get a reading off a fault code reader to find out what is causing the light to come on the engine manament light works off detecting not an individual fault it has to recieve this fault on 3-4 occassions before the light comes on if it doesn,t recieve a fault reading in a certain period of time it will presume the faults been fixed and the light goes out but 30 min period seems not enough time to for a reset the fault code reader should be able to store the fault code even ifs its not happening at the time but would be better if you can get the reading while the light is on yates210456
