Since I switched my metro account to iPhone my provider is now t- mobile. I can't download due to no AT&T account
Hi Adelia, when you post that you can not download anything, what do you really mean? Apps? If it's apps, you need to create an account but with iTune, not AT&T. On your iPhone tap the App icon, it should ask if you want to create a new account, check your options, if there is one where the option is later, tap it. Now choose any free app to download, and from here do the sign up, follow the given instructions by Apple, when you get to method of payment, choose none. If everything is successful, you should be good to go.

The only way that i am aware of Downloading free music is eihter jail breaking it and going from that direction or by owning the disk and adding them to your itunes from there

Download google sync and that will sync contacts calendar and notes to outlook and when you sync with iTunes it should copy from outlook. You might have to select outlook as a source in iTunes though.
Have you tried to see if it is working with another stereo or sound system when connected? Try this, if issue persists, I would try a full back up and restore via iTunes on your computer. Please make sure you do the back up before restoring to prevent any data loss. After restoring the iPhone, it'll give you 2 options:
1. Setup as new device OR
2. Restore from a backup
At this point, you would want to set it up as a new device to see if we can determine a hardware or software issue with the iPhone. If the issue persists, then it's a hardware issue and if the iPhone itself is still within its hardware warranty you can take it into an Apple Retail Store, or call AppleCare Technical Support and they can get it replaced for you.
You would have to make an appointment to take it into an Apple Retail Store before taking it in though, but this is definitely the quickest way to get your replacement as you'll get it on the spot.
If you choose to get the replacement through the Technical Support team, they can make that appointment for you, otherwise they have a few mail-in options available to you as well.
