Problem for Candy AQ130 Front Load Washer
MY TOWELS ALL COME OUT HARD AND ROUGH
I HAVE A CANDY AQUAVIVA 1100 WASHING MACHINE AND THE WASHING SEEMS TO COME HARD ROUGH TO TOUCH THE TOWELS SEEM TO COME OUT WORSE THAN ALL THE WASHING . THE WATER IS NOT HARD WATER AND THE TEMERATURE IS AT 40 DEG I HAVE BOUGHT MORE TOWELS TO SEE IF IT WAS THE QUALITY OF THE TOWELS BUT STILL THE SAME PROBLEM. I HAVE CHANGED CONDITIONER AND WASHING POWDER . IS THERE SOMETHING THAT I CAN DO TO RESOLVE THIS PROBLEM ??????????

no, the tumble dryer has nothing to do with it. My family always complain about our hard towels. Recently our front loader broke down & I had to hire a top loader til it was fixed - my towels became luxiously soft after just a few washes in it! I think it is how much more the washing is spun out. I am going to try to reduce the front loader spin speed when I get mine back. I never use a dryer on towels - takes too long.
