The buttons located on the front of the monitor are not working nor are they stuck. The brightness display is permanently fixed on my screen and I am unable to remove it. When I unplug the power cord that is attached to the monitor, the brightness display of course disappears, but within half a second it re-appears when I plug the cord back into the monitor. Also, when the brightness display first appeared, it decreased from 100 down to 0 on its own. I am at a loss as to what the problem is or how to solve it.
