One option is to do a reset to the whole computer but be warned you WILL LOSE ALL YOUR FILES. now if you still want to go on what you will do is when you turn it on hit the F9 key and it will take you to recovery mode are it should
I had the same thing happen to my Digix Tab 720 last night. This happened after I reset the tablet to factory settings. I left it charging over night and this morning, it is working perfectly. Hope this helps.
you'll need to start your computer in Safe Mode (hit F8 right after the Toshiba startup logo dissapears and from the menu select Safe Mode). Then, run an antivirus and antimalware scan (I recomend using Avast free antivirus and Malwarebytes). Also, you may want to uninstal any software or updates that you installed prior to this problem apeared. Usually, it's either a virus/malware infection, or a program is interfering with the normal bootup of your system.
well, when my phillips will not go past the go gear screen its got a little lock symbol, which means its locked which means you cant turn it on or plug it into a pc/laptop and if u do it wont do anything that could be your problem.
Try Safe Mode.Disconnect every device (Mouse also) Hit F8 at very beginning until you get a list of options select Safe mode and check if Windows starts. then try step by step confirmation option. say yes to every request until freeze: last driver you accepted to load is the culprit. Remove it in Safe mode using Start/Run/Msconfig
