See if you can lift the top of the washer by unscrewing it from the back and you should find a code and test sheet in there. Very easy to follow and run the test.
The "dE" error code indicates that the LG Tromm washer's door has not been properly closed. Closing the door firmly usually clears this error. If the error does not go away once the doors closed, a service technician should be consulted.
Hi, LE code stands for locked motor error. When this error code appears in your front load washer it indicates a fault in the motor unit. 1 . Check the connections to the Coil/Stator at the rear of the unit possibly it should be something like a broken wire. 2 . Coil/Stator Assembly will be defective preventing the drive to operate.You should go for a replacement of that assembly. Thank you !!
I had something similar. It turned out that one of the option keys was stuck in an "in" position (did not jump back out after it was pressed) which disabled the functions of all the other keys. The lights in main dial came on but it was not possible to do anything else.
