This is a reader communications error. It's been a long time since I worked an IR-C3200 copier but all cables must be plugged in. They will only go where they were intended to go. Reseat all those cables and good luck, other wise you have a professional help problem. Make sure all the cable checks are done with power off. Then power up agai n and see what happens.

try to remove printer from add printer wizard, unplug cable and insert, found new hardware must be appear, from that locate driver manually to initialize. restart pc and run test print wizard.

there is no such error code for a irc 3200 therefore turn the machine off unplug it froim the outlet and re plug then turn the machine on again that should take care of the problem
